Overview

Horizon City Marina is a collaborative effort between Horizon and well-known international marina manufacturer Australia Superior Corporate. Superior designed the berths for easy access as well as designed the floating docks without pillars, so that not only the luxury yachts can be clearly seen down the dock ,but also contribute seabed ecological friendly mooring system for a deep water marina. Horizon City Marina is the first marina designed the floating docks without pillars and adopted the SEAFLEX sea anchor system in Taiwan.
The marina was built to high international standards, and all marina equipment is world-class quality to ensure long-term safety, e.g., shore power pedestals, the Aritex dock cleats, and the flexible cable and pipe materials.
Horizon City Marina consists of 12 berths varying in size that can accommodate vessels up to 58 feet in length, plus 1,100 ft side tie slips that can accommodate any size vessels up to 200 ft in length and offer a full range of shore power services for yachts.
Berth Reservation
● Berth Rates: Berth rental rate may vary depends on leasing terms and boat type.
(1) Short term : If rental period is less than 3 days, then the berth rental is on hour basis. Rental rate is USD$0.1/ft per hour. Catamaran shall be charged 1.5 times of mono-hull. There is no shore power and water provided for short term rental.
(2) Long term rental :
The rental rate is USD$1.2/ft per day. Catamaran shall be charged 1.5 times of mono-hull. Berth rental is on a daily basis, the minimum rental period is 3 days. Berth rate has different discount according to the terms of lease contract.(see below table)
● Pre-paid berth rate ： Berth rental is on prepaid basis. Berth rate must be paid completely upon signing the rental contract for reservation.
● Security Deposit ： the lease more than 90-day，30 days berth rent as deposit is required.
● Utilities ： cost of water, electricity , or others for each berth will charged according to actual usage. Water to be charged at USD$0.9/degree (per 1,000 liter consumed)；Electricity to be charged at USD$0.5/degree (per kWh consumed).
